Rosati, Missouri is located on the eastern edge of Phelps County along I-44 and Historic Route 66, between the towns of St. James and Cuba. Although it was never incorporated into a town, several stores and post offices were located there over a span of 150 years. It was a voting precinct for more than 85 years and has been the home of St. Anthony Catholic Church for over 100 years.
